Lunch Box
Lunch Box Cuisinette is changing the way people think of a traditional “Lunch Box”. If you look at Wikipedia’s definition of Lunch Box, you will see that a lunch box is used to store food to be taken to work or school. Interestingly, The very first Lunch Box Cuisinette opened it’s doors in April of 2010 in Concordia Universite. Toni and Roy Pascal, the founders of Lunch Box Cuisinette, created the business with the goal of changing the concept of the fast-food industry to a “healthy lunchbox meal experience”. They believe that students “on-the-go”should have the choice to eat healthy, fast, gourmet quality food at a price that won’t break the bank.
Lunch Box Cuisinette entered the food industry with a pre-determined vision of providing fresh healthy food at a very affordable price without sacrificing the best service. This goal could be acheived by providing customers with the best possible service and quality. The restaurant’s mission is to be able to serve fresh, healthy gourmet food to its customers. “People are buying the meal and the service” says Toni. The freshness, cleanliness and the special cooking is what makes the Lunch Box Cuisinette experience worth it. Our vision, mission and core values are more than just words. They are the foundation, upon which we are building the best company we can be. Our commitment is to change the fast food industry from unhealthy to healthy, without compromising fast service and convenience.
Our values at Lunch Box is to serve as a compass for our actions and describe how we behave in the world.
